Pure Copper / Electrolytic Copper Expanded Mesh
Copper Expanded Metal Mesh is a non-woven, non-welded mesh product, made from 99.9% electrolytic pure copper sheet (C11000) through precision slotting and unidirectional/bidirectional stretching. It forms continuous diamond-shaped openings with no waste material and high overall strength. There are two main types: Standard (raised diamond) and Flattened (smooth surface).
Manufacturing Process:
Copper Sheet Cutting → Precision Slotting → Mechanical Stretching → Leveling/Deburring → Surface Treatment (Pickling/Passivation/Tin Plating/Anti-oxidation Coating) → Cutting/Rolling.

Selection & Tips when ordering copper diamond mesh
l Priority should be given to clear purposes:
Thin and high-density copper expanded mesh (1×2mm, 0.1-0.3mm thick) for lightning protection/shielding.
Thick, large-opening mesh (3×6mm+ opening, 1mm+ thickness) for load-bearing, decoration or filtration
l Differentiate Standard (raised diamond) and Flattened (smooth) types:
Standard for ventilation/heat dissipation; Flattened for fitting, welding or spraying.
l International orders are recommended to use LWD(Long Way of Diamond)、SWD(Short Way of Diamond)、Strand Width、Thickness.
