Diamond Aluminum Expanded Mesh

Aluminum expanded metal mesh, also refer to aluminum diamond mesh, is a metal mesh product formed in a single step using a hydraulic stamping and stretching machine, with aluminum coils meeting national standards (1060/3003/5052) as the base material. The mesh features a standard diamond-shaped pattern and a monolithic structure with no weld points, combining lightweight properties (with a density of only one-third that of steel) with high tear resistance. With a flat surface and no curled edges, it is suitable for applications such as building facade cladding, protective covers for mechanical equipment, anti-slip platform treads, and filtration screens.
