Titanium Expanded Metal Mesh

Pure Titanium / Gr1 / Gr2 Expanded Mesh

Titanium expanded metal mesh is produced by slitting and stretching pure titanium sheet into an integrated diamond structure,  with the structural rigidity and high open area of expanded metal.. It features ultra-light weight, high strength, excellent corrosion resistance and biocompatibility.Titanium (Ti) is often referred to as the "space age metal" due to its extensive use in aerospace.

Common Titanium Grades for Expanded Mesh:

· Grade 1 (Commercially Pure,R50250): Softest, most formable, best corrosion resistance.

· Grade 2 (Commercially Pure,R50400): Most common general-purpose grade, good balance of strength and corrosion resistance.

· Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V,R56400): High-strength alloy, used where mechanical performance is critical.
