Copper Perforated Metal Sheet

Copper Perforated Sheet is a high-performance functional material made from pure copper or copper alloy sheets through precision punching. It features uniform holes of various shapes, combining copper’s inherent advantages with the functionality of perforated structures, widely used in filtration, ventilation, decoration and shielding applications. It is available in various hole patterns and sizes to meet diverse application needs.

Manufacturing Process:

Copper Sheet Cutting → Precision Punching (CNC punching machine for uniform hole size) → Deburring (removing burrs to ensure smooth surface) → Surface Treatment → Trimming → Quality Inspection → Cutting/Rolling (customized size for transportation and application).
