SPL Filter Disc is a multilayer metal wire mesh filter designed for lubrication oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil and other industrial fluid filtration applications.

Manufactured from stainless steel wire mesh, brass, copper or other metal filter media, SPL filter discs provide reliable particle filtration, high mechanical strength and good resistance to corrosion and wear.

Available in standard SPL-15, SPL-25, SPL-32, SPL-40, SPL-50, SPL-65, SPL-80, SPL-100, SPL-125, SPL-150 and SPL-200 configurations, as well as fully customized sizes and mesh combinations.

Custom SPL filter discs are available according to your drawing, sample, filter model or equipment requirements.


SPL Oil Filter Disc Manufacturer

Our SPL oil filter discs are manufactured using precision woven wire mesh and supporting metal layers to provide a stable filtration structure.

A typical SPL filter disc consists of multiple layers of fine and coarse woven wire mesh combined with a perforated support layer. The fine outer mesh performs the primary filtration, while the coarse mesh and perforated plate provide mechanical support and help maintain the filter's shape under operating conditions.

This multilayer construction provides a balance between filtration efficiency, flow capacity, mechanical strength and service life.

Multilayer SPL Filter Disc Construction

A typical high-performance SPL filter disc uses a multilayer woven wire mesh structure.

(1) Outer Fine Filter Mesh

The fine outer mesh provides the primary particle filtration function.

(2) Inner Coarse Mesh

The coarse mesh provides additional mechanical support and helps maintain the filtration structure.

(3) Perforated Support Plate

The perforated metal layer improves structural rigidity and supports the wire mesh under pressure.

(4 )Metal Edge or Frame

Depending on the application, the filter disc can be supplied with an aluminum, stainless steel, brass or other specified edge/frame.

Multilayer SPL filter construction is widely described in existing industrial SPL filter specifications, including four layers of woven wire mesh combined with a perforated support sheet.
